This self-paced online course offers a great tool for educating new clinical staff, including physician assistants or nurse practitioners, about the basics of dermatology. Similarly, it can help anyone who has medical students rotate through their office provide the didactic learning those students need while saving valuable face-to-face time for students to see patients and gain clinical experience. Licensee will select an agreed upon number of content per agreement for the variety of Dermatology World Weekly Content. The Licensor Content will consist of selected portions of various AAD educational materials as mutually agreed upon by the parties, which may include articles and/or portions of materials from the following Licensor publications: Dermatology World magazine, Dermatology World Weekly, Dermatology World Insights & Inquiries.
Licensee may create derivative works from the Licensor Content with approval and AAD assumes ownership of all derivative products.

The AAD’s most widely used tool for self-assessment in the field of dermatology. Find an archive of quiz questions on the AAD Online Learning Center. Once you are on the home page of the Online Learning Center, search for "Question of the Week" to access the archive.

Licensee will have the option to license in online format, 36 cases per year, or in print format via 6 issues per year, up-to 3-4 cases per issue.
Licensee understands and agrees that to leverage the Content; Licensee will need to build the files on its site for its purposes. AAD will be only providing Content, but not functionality.

Licensee will provide Licensor a list of the names of sub licensees upon request.
Licensor will monitor total end user access and reserves the right to terminate access, or increase the licensing fee, if the number of actual end users exceeds the number authorized licensed end users.
Any use of Licensor's logo, name or other trademarks in any marketing materials, websites or otherwise, must be pre-approved by Licensor.
