Event support offers opportunities to engage with faculty and meeting attendees at receptions and other events during Innovation Academy.
Derm Tank Reception | Derm Tank will be a fun and engaging session where presenters pitch their product or procedure to a panel of judges for a chance to win $10,000. This event will take place Friday, July 22 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. in the Convention Center and is open to all Innovation Academy attendees. Engagement and recognition opportunities include: Sponsor recognition in Innovation Academy attendee emails promoting Derm Tank; in Mobile App event description with push notification; recognition during program remarks and winner announcement; logo recognition on event signage, podium wrap, gobo logos, floor clings, logo sweets/desserts, etc. inside reception, and sponsor recognition in follow-up letter to winner(s). | Sole supporter, $75,000. | Available |
| Experience Hub | Open Thursday evening through Saturday afternoon, the Experience Hub is a central location adjacent to the Exhibit Hall designed to enhance and enrich the meeting experience through various learning and networking opportunities. The industry product theater, learning pods, AAD Resource Center, and daily refreshments are all located within the Experience Hub, and the technical exhibits are directly connected to it. Sponsorship will include support of the afternoon refreshments offered to attendees inside the Hub on Friday and Saturday afternoons. Engagement and recognition opportunities include: Opportunity to propose a topic of discussion for a learning pod (with prior AAD approval), logo recognition on sweets/desserts, etc., and digital signage throughout the Experience Hub. | Multiple supporters (up to two), $45,000. | Available |
| Faculty Reception | This reception is an invite-only off-site event on Friday, July 22 from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. for Innovation Academy faculty. Faculty are invited to relax and unwind after a full day of sessions. Transportation will be provided, thanks to the reception’s generous sponsors. A toast thanking the sponsors will take place during the reception remarks. Engagement and recognition opportunities include: Invitation for four company representatives to this invite-only reception, logo recognition on the e-invitation to approximately 300 faculty, and logo recognition on event welcome signage and monitor during reception. | Multiple supporters (up to three), $35,000 | Available |
| Welcome Reception | The AAD’s Innovation Academy offers something for everyone in the specialty, with learning formats designed to inspire new ideas. After the Academy’s first day of sessions, all attendees are invited to unwind together inside the Convention Center immediately following the Keynote Lecture. The Welcome Reception will take place Thursday, July 21, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Recognition includes: Logo recognition on physical and/or digital signage throughout reception, sponsor recognition in closing remarks of the Keynote Lecture, name recognition in Welcome Reception event in Mobile App with push notification. | Multiple supporters, $25,000. | Available |
