Several companies unaffiliated with the AAD or Maritz Global Events (formerly Experient, Inc.), have been posing as the official registration and housing provider for the 2022 Innovation Academy. These companies may contact you directly to offer registration and/or housing for Innovation Academy through websites designed to deceive visitors by posing as an AAD website.
Do not give your credit card information or make any reservations with any website other than our legitimate registration and housing partner, Maritz Global Events.
Hotel accommodations and reservations
The hotel reservation deadline is Friday, June 24, 2022 at 12 p.m. noon (CT).
Guest rooms are being held for meeting registrants at several major hotels in Vancouver, BC, for those booking through the AAD Housing Office at AAD discounted meeting rates. For a current listing of official AAD hotels and map, click the link below.
Hotel reservations
Hotel reservations must be made in conjunction with registration for the meeting.
Availability cannot be guaranteed for reservations received after the housing deadline of June 24, 2022, at 12 p.m. noon (CT).
Depending on demand, additional hotels may be added and information is subject to change at any time.
Maritz Global Events is the only AADÂ Official Housing Provider.
